[RndTbl] Fedora 41 -> 42 upgrade

F41 is EOL in a few days. So I upgraded using the dnf method, as usual. Warning! If you have 2 different architectures of some rpms installed, which is likely if you use WINE, then a bug may trigger where the migration from separate /sbin to combined /bin & /sbin doesn't work properly. It will leave you with a decent mess to contend with. Probably the best idea is to find all those other-arch rpms and dnf remove them first. Then run the upgrade. Then reinstall the other-arch rpms. Obviously you'll need to record what rpms those are. Hopefully the bug won't trigger on "normal" installs without 2 arches... I will find out soon.
