[RndTbl] permanent email address

I was going to switch internet providers recently, then I realized that I would have to change my email address and notify dozens or hundreds of people. Is there a [cheap] way to get a permanent email address? I seem to recall getting a .mb address in the early days of internet. I then used a university address and subsequently used an email address from providers. Is there a way to look up this old email address (if it exists?)
